Poem Father in Heaven

I came to sit with my Father God
As I sat I said one thing
All I said was I'm sorry
And the tears began to sting

My words could not be spoken
But He knew what I wanted to say
Its alright my darling child
Just come in my arms and stay

Sit here and just be with me
Let me hold you in my arms
Its been a long long struggle
And you fell for the enemies charms

You listened to his lies
Sickness has plagued you too
but I want you to know my child
I am always right here with you

Come sit with me my child
Let me heal you of your pain
Lets walk through this together
So that love and trust you'll regain

Keep your eyes on me
I'm all you'll ever need
Spend time with me and listen
Declare My Word and you'll be freed
